I finally made the jump and purchased a Royall 3000 (19" * 34" grates).  I made the decision between this grill and a Danson's cs680.  Both looked like good grills, but the made in the USA aspect won me over. 

I'm anxious for it to arrive, and I'll update as soon as it's up and running.

Congrats! I've had a Royall 1000 for about 2 months now and I'm really happy with it.
