                                                                   Sizzle-Q by Little Griddle.

Let me start this review by saying I was shocked when this item arrived and it was as heavy and such a solidly built product.  That led me to another misconception...As you know I am a cheap screw!  I thought this was about a $150-$200 product. OK, it will be fun to cook on, but I am not willing to spend that kind of money for to me what will be a weekend breakfast helper.  I soon realizied after taking it out of the package and looking at it I could understand why it was that price, it is build to last your life time, and probably your kids too...Back to this at the end. Make sure you see the end of this review regarding cost!

Extremely versatile...I was gonna cook a bunch more stuff on it, but it would make no difference, I knew this was a quality product after the 1st cook and you guys need to know about it now rather than later. Anything you can cook on your stove or oven at home with a pan or skillet, you can cook on the Sizzle-Q.  It will fry, it will steam, it will sauté...Like I said, if you can do it in your kitchen, you can probably do it on the Sizzle-Q...

As a vessel for a great breakfast, forget about it, unless you have a commercial griddle in your kitchen there is nothing that is going to come close to this.  I felt like a short order cook...It is just a pleasure to cook breakfast on.

So much more...Grilled Cheese sandwich, they come out perfect on this product and the best part about this product combined with a pellet unit is the indirect heat, it is perfect for the Sizzle-Q...Check out this 20 second Video of the finished product...

Sizzle-Q Grilled Ham & Cheese

Like I said it is an extremely versatile pit as you can see by the different types of food that are cook in the Tepannyaki cook, it can be seen here...

Sizzle Q Teppanyaki cook

It is very easy to clean.  A little water put on the Sizzle-Q after the cook and a rub with the scrubber pad and it is done.  Or like me, just run it under the sink and scrub with a cloth.

I have included a few videos of a couple of the cooks to show how well and easy it works.  I hope you enjoy them.  It will cook everything, granted if I am gonna cook a burger or a steak, I am going to probably cook it directly on the pit…But for things like Breakfast, or the cheese steak, it is unsurpassed!

I would not hesitate to recommend this product to any Pellethead.  It is well built and I believe it will operate very well on any Pellet unit.  It sure performed well on the Wood Master, WholeHog and Memphis Pro.  I would imagine it will work even better if you have a gasser.  Back to the cost, as I stated at the beginning of the review I thought this was about a $150-$200 product, still would be worth it… at $70 + shipping it is an outstanding value.

John & Vicki and all the folks at Little Griddle that make this product…Thank you so much for allowing us to review your product…It is a Winner!
